The OneSky Hong Kong Gala 2025 was a resounding success, raising over HK$1.02 million in total. The event leveraged the Fundraising Agency's full-service support, including the SmartRaise platform, dedicated project management, and impact consulting.


Key to this success was high guest engagement, driven by strategic use of the platform. Uploading 340 guests to the campaign prior to the event significantly boosted participation, resulting in 42% of registered guests either bidding or pledging. A highly effective pledge drive generated HK$753,582 from 146 donations, while auctions contributed a further HK$269,396 to the charity's total profit.

Result

The 2025 Gala was a resounding success, raising a total of HK$1,022,978. The event demonstrated exceptional guest engagement, with 42% of registered guests either bidding in the auctions or making a pledge. The pledge drive was particularly effective, generating HK$753,582 from 146 donations, while the auctions contributed a pure charity profit of HK$269,396. The strategic use of technology was instrumental in driving this record-breaking result.

The comprehensive service level included Dedicated Project Management, an Onsite Event Team, and Impact Consulting to ensure a seamless and impactful event. A key strategy was pre-uploading 340 guests to the campaign, which significantly boosted participation by making the bidding and donating process effortless. The event featured a successful auction and a powerful pledge drive, all facilitated through the integrated digital platform.
