HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. The menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK.

The sommelier team has compiled a concise wine list of wines from all over the world, with a large selection of accessibly priced bottles and wines by the glass. Should you want to dig deeper you can digitally browse through the seemingly endless range of bottles from Hedonism (located around the corner) which are available for delivery to your table within 15 minutes. With some wines dating back to the 18th century, you can go on quite a journey.
This package is available for lunch 7 days a week, with optional upgrades to an evening five-course tasting menu for a HK$700 pp fee payable at time of redemption. Hotel accommodation can be added for an additional cost. Subject to availability/allocation. All additional beverages must be purchased from the restaurant directly. Dates are subject to availability.
In your preferred order, please provide three date and time options that you would like to take your experience. Taking note of any day-of-the-week or seasonal restrictions in the package write-up. Your highest ranked, available preference will be booked. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation time and date.
