Maud Glemot, Co-Founder

She has been continuously working for the fundraising world years for the past 12 years. After serving as Head of Region for Givergy in the region until 2024, she became an entrepreneur and co-founded The Fundraising Agency. She is the creator of the SmartRaise brand and the recently launched Smart Galas next level fundraising platform. Having served and managed over a thousand fundraising campaigns in European and Asia-Pacific markets, Maud knows what the fundraiser needs, and how to deliver a successful fundraising campaign. She is the Head of Fundraising at The Fundraising Agency and the CEO of Smart Galas.

Peyami Kalyoncu, Co-Founder

With over 20 years of international affairs and public communication experience, he brings extensive expertise to our organization. Actively involved in fundraising, he showcases a profound commitment to catalyzing positive change at global level. His role as Event Host and Auctioneer enhances our event services with professional finesse and strong donor engagement.
