Fundraising Event Manager

Fundraising Event Manager will control the CMS and event display screens onsite during the event, manage the fundraising team, supervise check-in process, monitor and record live auction, enter offline pledges and bids into the system, ensure guests are assisted and informed well regarding the fundraising website and activities, and supervise post auction payment collection.  

Fundraising Event Assistant

Fundraising Event Assistants will perform all fundraising related duties assigned to them including guest check-in, assisting guests to use the the tablets and / or their mobile devices to make pledges, place bids and participate in other fundraising activities. 

Fundraising Tech Manager

Fundraising Tech Manager is assigned to Tablet Events. Tech Manager is responsible from proper functioning of tablets, fundraising website and event display screens.
