Over these two months, in addition to online campaigns and smaller fundraisers, The Fundraising Agency has supported eight significant events, including gala dinners and memorable anniversaries, helping our clients raise an impressive HK$7.8 million.

May 1, 2024 (V49 Updates):
- Improvements to Ticketing: Ticket purchasers can choose from three payment methods: pay now, pay later, and request an invoice. Users can customize confirmation email messages based on payment type.
- Bulk Action Tool: Increase operational efficiency by mass updating auction items or guest entries simultaneously.
- New Payment Summary and Reporting: Updated payment summaries and reporting tools offer more control and insight into campaign finances.
- Offline Ticket Uploader: Manage corporate table sales and ensure seamless ticket linking with our new offline ticketing uploader.
- Guest Management Update for Tickets: Updated tools for handling guest tickets more efficiently, including bulk actions and improved grouping visibility.

January 1, 2024 (V48 Updates):
- Message Individual Guests: Engage guests directly and personally using our updated messaging system. Send targeted messages from the “Messaging > Custom Messages” area to individual guests or existing distribution lists.
- Ability to Resend and Copy Custom Messages: Use ready-made templates or create custom messages, with options to resend or modify drafts for tailored communication.
- Never Miss Any Details: Guests are notified of missing information as they navigate the site, ensuring all necessary data is collected.
- Ability to Set a Cutoff Date for Guest Updates: Set specific cut-off dates and times for editing guest details on our mobile site, crucial for finalizing arrangements and preventing last-minute changes.
- Header and Footer for Email Customization: Upload custom headers and footers for emails, elevating your brand’s presence and ensuring professional communication.
