By placing a bid on this item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding collection, shipping, and storage.
1. General
Due to the nature of signed memorabilia items, the item sent may differ slightly from the displayed image. We will always ensure the item is as a close a match to the original as possible.
Your item will be delivered to your home or office address in Hong Kong within 10-14 days of making payment. Once the payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email, which will allow you to easily confirm your desired full address, and contact details, in order to ensure this seamless delivery.
2. Collection of Physical Items
If the item is physically available at the auction venue, the winning bidder must collect the item in person before the conclusion of the event or within the specific collection times announced by the auctioneer.
3. Shipping for Remote Winners & E-Vouchers
Following a successful bid and confirmation of payment, the winning bidder will receive an e-voucher/receipt via email.
For items that are not collected in person, winners must provide a valid, physical shipping address within one (1) month of the auction date.
International Shipping: Delivery to Hong Kong addresses is included and delivery to international addresses will be arranged in the cost of the winning bid. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
4. Storage Fees and Redemption Period
Once a valid shipping address is provided, or if the item requires special delivery scheduling, the winner must cooperate with the organizer to arrange shipment or schedule an appointment for pickup.
Failure to provide a valid shipping address or schedule a necessary delivery appointment within the redemption period (one month) will result in a daily storage fee of (HK$15 per day.
5. Forfeiture of Item
If the winning bidder fails to provide a shipping address, arrange for collection, or respond to communication regarding the delivery for a period of ninety (90) days following the successful bid, the item will be considered automatically forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the charity or disposed of at the organizer's discretion.
